is anyone else here a former NewMobileMe client? Supposedly it was bought by Rage/Everweb and I was supposed to get an email explaining things about the transition that I never received, and now all my sites are down. I submitted a ticket but since it took them two months to reply to my last email I don't have a lot of faith in the staff. I'm hoping someone else here has a copy of that email?

Hi Colleen,

We reply to every single email, usually within a few hours but always within a day.

Are you sure the responses did not go to your spam folder? We sent out 3 emails regarding NewMobileMe users, those may have gone to your spam folder, or to an email you may have not checked.

Please tell me your current ticket ID so I can look it up.

I don't have a junk/spam folder for this email - I review and delete junk emails personally. I have searched my email for every term I could think of and did not find it. I did get an auto-response email to my first inquiry, but it took two months for me to get an actual answer.

Hi Colleen,

Your email on file with NewMobileMe is your yahoo.com email whereas you just emailed us with your me.com. We have exchanged emails with you on your yahoo.com in the past.

I have already responded to your recent emails.
