@ Ana F. - I posted the link because Micheal L. asked for it.

See THIS Topic for info about how to incorporate Blogger or Wordpress in your EverWeb website - responsive or fixed width.

Still no update on this? I'm disappointed to say the least!
I love this program but its really loosing ground here, and fast.

This should be a staple for any web design tool these days, come on guys your loosing customers now.
People are obviously holding back the renewals as I am until this is fixed.

Can you please give a more encouraging update?

This is getting ridiculous. I've stopped recommending this program because the first question I'm asked is if it does blogs.

I understand your frustration as we are just as eager to get blogging released.

We are making progress and will post here when we have more to announce.

We are making progress on our end.

Again sorry, for the delay.

Paul forgive me for being flippant here but you have personally have posted several times over the past year that progress is being made on this feature yet we have had no real information.

Can you elaborate on the progress? Do you have a timeline for this? Is it going to happen period?

I apologise if my post above seems harsh it wasn't meant to offend. I am just so disappointed in the delay geeez its well over a year since we first heard about this feature.

The reason I have posted multiple times is because we went through different iterations of the blogging feature. We want to make sure that it provides the user experience that EverWeb users need.

I will not post timelines until we start the next level of testing.

Again, I am sorry for the delay. It is a very big project combined with having to update EverWeb with other features and improvements.

Soon?!?

I very much doubt that Langdon!
This is one subject I'm guessing they are hoping will die off, I have asked (like yourself) several times and you get no answer of any value.
I have noticed others in the forum post similar things and they get simply directed to the work around.

Im as frustrated as you are with this but if i was a betting man my money would be on this feature not being launched this year and possibly next.
You only have to look at the original date of this thread its well over a year old now.

however we can but hope!

Sad and frustrating. The software is pretty great otherwise, but I don't want to do a workaround because I find Wordpress annoying to work with, and I hate doing the placement thing because of the redirects - changes the experience of a website. If I wanted to do a Wordpress blog anyway, I wouldn't have gotten Everweb ever in the first place.

I do understand you are frustrated and the length of time the blog feature has taken. We too are frustrated with the length of time a blog feature is taking as well.

In the meantime, we have released many other features in EverWeb but now we are 100% focused on completing the blog, and doing it properly.

We do not post a timetable because if things don't work out as expected we cannot promise something and not deliver it in that time frame.

The so called "work around" provides the same experience as an iWeb based blog which is why we recommend it now. The features we are working on will be more advanced than what was provided by iWeb.

I follow these whenever I see posts on the subject, but always expected, since it would be such a big change, that it would only emerge in a 2.0 version. So I didn't start anticipating until 1.95 came out. But hey, there's always 1.96 thru 9. Anyway, when it does come, I can see wanting to switch to the EW server, along with a flood of others. Hope they're ready for that.
