I have created my site on a Macbook and have had no problems with visitors using smart devices, except for 1. She tells me she cannot view the site on her IPad. I tried to view it on my IPad and had no problems other than the length of time it took to view the graphics. Is there some setting on her iPad that I could advise her to change so that she could view this? I'm at a loss as to why she can't. Thanks. Carol Ann |

| You said- "other than the length of time it took to view the graphics". Does that mean how long it took to load? If so, could her connection be so slow that it just doesn't load? | |

| That could be the problem. I'll have to ask. She's on the opposite coast and it's very difficult to figure out the problem. She has limited experience with technology. | |
