When hyperlinking text it would be great if the the hyperlink symbol was displayed. Often I use hyperlinked text buttons. Hyperlinking text, rather than the text box, ensures that the link colors work correctly but then you don't get the Hyperlink Indicator. I could hyperlink the object as well (which would give me the Hyperlink Indicator), but I assume that hyperlinking the text in the text box and the text box itself is not recommended! Thanks! |

Since text hyperlinks are becoming obselete due to their not being suitable for sites that will be viewed on tablets as well as computers, it makes more sense to hyperlink the text box rather then the text itself. Nowadays, text hyperlinks should be replaced with CTAs where possible. Text hyperlinks need to have extra top/bottom padding added to them to make them a reasonable target for fingertips.
