EW18b10 Change Image properties results in background not refreshing properly

EW18b10 (was also in b9 but not reported) To see this work, set the background and page color to something very visible, I used a salmon color. Drag and drop an image on to the editor. Resize the image. Now go to the Shape Options.The fill is 'Image Fill' with stretch as 'defaults'. Now change stretch to 'Scale to fit'. All looks fine. Now Preview or publish. What i get is a white border along the left hand vertical side of the image. It's as if the fit to scale did it's job, but the background color does not fill in the 'empty' space caused by selecting this option. |

Use a PNG file to make sure there is transparency here. You can change the file extension in the Assets list to png from jpg and it will publish properly.
