now I cannot publish to EW ! I have backups and old EW and only opened 1 project file in new beta 1.8. Anyway I did a lot of work changing some navigation widgets and would like to keep work until problem is fixed. Should I just rename project file and relaunch backup in 1.7 ? I worry because as I reread post I realized that the problem exist in 1.7 and not 1.8 but this project file was the one I launched in 1.8 and is not publishing. What should I do short of switching back to OS X 10.2. I have another computer with old everything ! Not too old! When I go to my site it says server not responding, when I try to publish it just won't connect. Help |

OS X 10.10.3 is a beta which you would only have downloaded & installed if you are signed up as an Apple beta tester.

i never signed up as I know as a beta tester. My "about this Mac" says oh it still says 10.10.2 wow cool, so my problem is ? Support says to publish in EW1.7 and I tried with a project that was never opened in 1.8 and no publishing connection. Site still does not come up on net. switch all to EW1.8 or drag out backups in EW1.7, that is the question. Anyway I did a lot of work changing some navigation widgets and would like to keep work until problem is fixed. Should I just rename project file and relaunch backup in 1.7 to get back on internet? |

This has nothing to do with the mentioned bug in 10.10.3. That bug related to a crash while publishing and is fixed in the beta of 1.8 that was recently released. More likely you have a mis configuration with your domain name. Check that the name servers are correct and it is properly registered. Thanks Paul, support fixed problem.. I tried to publish too many times when I was not connecting, seems that at some point server cuts you off even if it is a software glitch, now I know. Thanks for the assets improvements also. spyoy4u.com |
