This issue is no longer relevant as Apple fixed the issue with Yosemite in the final release and EverWeb is fully compatible with the latest version. The latest public BETA of OS X 10.10.3 (14D87h) will cause many issues with lots of apps, including EverWeb 1.7.5 and earlier. I highly recommend NOT to install OS X 10.10.3 BETA on any computer you plan to do production work on. Unfortunately when bugs appear in the operating system there is not much we can do for previous versions. Can you explain the issue you are seeing with .3? I have not run into any problems so far with EverWeb on 10.10.3 and certainly would like to understand the potential issue better. Further, how close are we to a fix for it in case it does creep in?

You are probably either using an earlier beta build of 10.10.3 where it does work fine or you just are lucky. There will be crashed under certain cases when launching EverWeb or when publishing your website. It doesn't happen all the time. We have it fixed for 1.8, but that is still in beta. I just want people to be aware that they shouldn't be updating to BETA software unless they are prepared to experience issues or are doing so on a computer that is not used for there work. Well as a developer it's my job to live on the cutting edge... :) Are you about ready to release beta's of 1.8 for our testing and feedback if / when we run into issues?

We don't have an exact date. It will be released when we feel it is stable enough to be released. We hope to have it released within a week or 2 but we make no guarantees.
