Hello I have just bought this easy and good replacement software to iweb. My problem is the quality of the photo on my web site. my photos on the draft on the software are of really good quality, really sharp but when i record my website, the quality is bad and the pictures appear blurred. Any idea how to proceed ? i have tried different options but have not found. Ty. |

Hi Laurent, I am not 100% sure this will answer your question, so if not, I recommend emailing our support department and they will be able to assist you there. For best results adding images to your website, please see the following video tutorial; http://everwebapp.com/support/video-tutorials/retina-ready-images.html This video covers the proper way of preparing an image for the web, as well as how to make sure that users viewing your website on retina devices will see the image at its very best. Hi Laurent, Likely you are using a retina mac and you have imported a large picture into EverWeb so it can display at a high resolution. But since you didn't add the @2x marker before the extension of the file in your Assets list, it's not getting exported as a retina image. It is best always include a regular and retina version of your images as described in the Retina Images KB article. @Jim: It is best to start new threads for new discussions instead of posting in someone else's thread because it may not be relevant to them but the answer to your question is yes. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
