How to create a web page that can be resized?

| I would like to know if it is possible to create a web page that can be resized to suit various seized screens. (I don't mean mobile phones as I know there is a facility exclusively for that) I see some web pages resize/ rearrange their format if you reduce the width of the screen and wonder if there is a feature/plug in in Everweb that does this. Thanks for your advice in advance. | |
