| Hi Steve - I have 3 different EW contact forms, each on a different page of my site, and there's no conflict. Each one is directed to a different email address, but I think it wouldn't be a problem if they were all directed to the same address. | |

You can use as many contact forms as you want on single page or on multiple pages.
