Unable to sign in

Any one else having a problem signing in ? I've 2 separate iMacs running different versions of EW and all of a sudden we can't sign in with either of them. Nothing changed my end, seems to me it's at EW end but no solution forthcoming from Support yet. Now absolutely critical for our business that we make changes to the website today as these couple of weeks are our peak sales time of the year. Hope EW can sort out the problem ASAP !

Everything should be working for you now (it was all fixed up a while ago). Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am having the same problem! Have tried several work arounds and can not seem to sign in! I am actually wondering why I have to sign in at all considering I do not use the web hosting feature?

I'm having the same issue... I usually don't have to sign in at all, since I don't have hosting. It's asking me to sign in, then just sitting there, winding, and doesn't sign in. I'm using EverWeb 1.6 on Mac OS 10.10.1. I'm guessing maybe it's a server issue on their end? I hope they see the issue and fix it soon! I have some website edits that need to be finished up tonight.

I am having the same issue right now. I can't login (wheel keeps spinning) and thus I cannot publish my sites. Any idea?

I also am unable to sign in. Have tried rebooting the computer. I am using Everweb 1.6 on a Mac10.10.1 I hope this clears up soon!

I fail to understand why if I have paid for and and have an account why i need to sign in every-time I need to publish when I am not using Rage servers? I bought EverWeb thinking it was a stand alone app and I could use any hosting service? Am I missing something? Otherwise I like the app to replace iWeb.

Don I agree with you on the standalone app. I too bought it to use with my own server. Worked well all this time, but I too fail to see why it has to "Call Home" each time I want to update my site. Totally useless and annoying, especially when their servers are down. Obviously I cannot use the app nor can I do anything with my website.

As some others pointed out, this is the season where some of us need to earn that bit extra they lack in the rest of the year.
This is not helping.

Peter.

We are working towards changing this, and are actually in the process of removing the constant requirement to login. It is just not complete yet and unfortunately there are connection issues today. It takes time to make these changes and other features have taken priority in the past.

We are working very hard on getting these isues fixed up, and should have this resolved shortly.

Again, very sorry for the inconvenience, but we are working on improving this.
