Viewing subfolders

subfolders

User: Charlotte G. 9 years ago
Hi, I am transferring my website from iweb to ever web. I created a directory and the subfolders appear in the navigation menu as planned but not in the body of the directory page, linking directly to the subfolders'page... when creating the content.
can you tell my why/how to proceed?
Thanks, Charlotte

Hi Charlotte,

I'm really sorry but I don't quite understand what the problem you are describing is. Perhaps screenshots would help. You can click the Advanced button below the reply field to attach screenshots.

I recently messed around with Directories. I had all kinds of issues until I finally found a great explanation that helped me and may help you.
When you create a Directory 'page', it is actually a 'folder/page'. What you should do is leave the Directory page blank and redirect to the first page in the Directory.

Version 1.7 has as feature to make disable the actual "directory page" and alway take you to the first child page.
