Attached are 1. screenshot of one of my pages in IE, and 2. screenshot of one of my pages in Google Chrome (both Windows XP). Also helvetica doesn't look anything like as good in Windows as it does on my Mac (screenshot 3). Maybe I should use a different font...? With thanks. |

I just tried your site in Internet Explorer and the navigation bar works great! What version of Internet Explorer are you using?

Paul, Look at the images posted. He is not asking about the function, he is asking about the look. The third image obviously looks the best. How to make the other two look as good? | |

If you are using Windows XP, the latest version of Internet Explorer that you can use it V8. Nothing is going to look good in that! XP users used to be able to use Google Chrome Frame but that was dropped earlier this year. Like most of the rest of us, Google only supports the two latest versions of a browser. I wouldn't worry too much about how your site looks on ancient browsers like IE 8. Those using it are used to a sub standard browsing experience anyway. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I haven't had email notifications of these answers but I do have that ticked. OK - I'll forget XP - have now installed Windows 7 Starter on virtual machine and there is another problem with the navigation bar. When I hover over the Primrose Music Choirs menu, the drop down (2 items) doesn't drop. I've done the header code exactly the same as for the A Cappella Arrangements menu and that works fine. Again, this is only in Windows IE - Chrome in Windows, Chrome, Firefox & Safari on Mac all fine. Aha! - I've just moved the Primrose Music Choirs menu from far right to 2nd from the left in the navigation bar and now that drop down menu drops down just fine in Windows 7 IE.
