How do I restore from a power outage?

I was in the middle of a job when our power went out. Fortunately not much was lost and I can reconstruct what disappeared. However, I noted that in my Trash was a folder called "Recovered Files" that included the following path: Everweb >BAFCF7B6026E47C08DB3762EFBB3B355 > our-activities (which was the EW folder within which I was working). Other folders were ewExternalFiles, everweb-assests-published.xml, ew_siteinfo.xml, ew_css, ew_js, and index.html. Would it be safe to assume that I can move these files and folders into my EW working folder? If so, that would help me save some time.
