| When I try to drag a jpg image onto my site, a picture icon of a mountain with a moon in the background appears. What does this image mean. I used low res conversion but then the icon appears. | |

Sounds like the image file cannot be opened for some reason. If you can send us the image file (compress it first by right clicking on it) either here via dropbox.com or http://ge.tt or email to support, we can investigate further.
