As an example... On a page create three squares of equal size and shape side by side. Now select all three objects and group them in to one group object. Next select Arrange > Align Objects : Center to get the group to be aligned to the centre of the page... what happens is that the objects in the group stack on top of each other. If you do the same operation in other apps like Pages, the whole group centres in the middle of the page, not on top of each other! So the functionality I expect and what I get differ. The only way I can centre the group in the middle of the page is to do it manually... |
