HI i am new to EverWeb (was an iweb user) and currently trying things out to see if i can re-make my website in Everweb. I would like to use a vertical navigation menu. Everweb's nav bar widget looks great and i would like to use the sub-menu feature. I have had a quick test and added some normal pages plus a directory with sub-pages. i tested the automatic nav bar. the sub-menu pops up but overlays the items lower down the nav bar. for example my vertical nav bar looks like: Home - normal page Products - directory with sub-menu About Us - normal page Contact Us - normal page In this example as you roll over the sub-menu for the products link the sub-menu pops up, but appears below the products link and overlays (overwrites) the About Us and Contact Us links below! I would like the sub-menu to pop out to the right (or left) of the main nav bar rather than below the directory link - is this possible? |

This is not possible with the default navigation menu. If you want a fly out or drop down vertical menu you would need to create it yourself on a master page. Here's an example of a vertical drop down menu created in EverWeb… http://everwebcodebox.com/mobile/2-level-menu.html There are quite a few sites where you can design a navigation, copy the code and paste it into EverWeb - like this one… http://cssmenumaker.com/css-flyout-menus ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
