How to delete subdirectory on EverWeb host

After using a subdirectory on the EverWeb host to test some of Roddy's great stuff I'd like to reclaim the 650mb currently in two subdirectories and lower the overall EverWeb host storage amount. I suppose I could upload an empty index file but that may not be the answer. Rage seems to be reluctant to hand over FTP info so I can't delete it that way. Anyone know how to do it? I would imagine you would need to open a support ticket and let them know the names of the folders you want deleted.
