I'm in the process of transferring over a domain name to Everweb. I got an email from Everweb to do the following. Since this email went to another email address, I did Step 2 before doing Step 1 (see below). Now when I go to do Step 1, it is not working. What do I do to fix this. Please help and sorry about that. Step 1 If you have not done so already, update your name servers as outlined in the RAGE Web Hosting: New Account Information e-mail.�This must be done before proceeding to step 2. If you need any help doing this, just let me know and I'll be able to assist you. There is also an example of updating nameservers (done in GoDaddy) in this video tutorial; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pr8ktL7Y9HQ&hd=1&t=2m45s � Step 2: Over the next 24-48 hrs, you will receive an email from ENOM Inc. containing an approval link from your current registrar. It is VERY important that you click this link and accept the transfer, otherwise it will fail and we will have to process the transfer request again. This is a standard process in order to protect domain holders from losing their domains. If you do not receive this email within 48 hrs, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it is not there, please submit a ticket so that we may investigate. |
