How do I find out if I need to pay for latest upgrade?

When I open Everweb a pop up window tells me there is an upgrade, so I click to install it and it says I might not be eligible for it without paying. It asks if I'd like to log into my account to see whether I am able to install the upgrade for free but once I've logged in I have no idea where to look for that information! I'm probably being really dumb but could someone tell me where I'd find out if I'm entitled to the upgrade and, if so, how to install it from the My Account section? Thanks |

| I don't know about looking in-app; but here when you login, go up to the blue menu bar, click Services- My Services and it tells you there when your subscription is up. | |

You can look in your preferences within EverWeb. EverWeb menu at the top left corner and select Preferences. It will show you when you license expires. Renewals are $49.95.
