How to print or pdf all web pages at once ? Only two preview selections.

I have constructed four pages using V1.5 EverWeb. 1. I cannot print from the application. Was this purposeful by the authors ? 2. When previewing in Safari (for example) only one page appears. Is there a way to print or pdf all pages at once ? 3. The previews are only for Safari and Opera. Can I add more preview selections or do the authors intend to add more ? |

Web pages are design to be viewed in the browser so there is no need for a print option. Also, since pages are usually of varying length, they are not suitable for print media. But I have five browsers installed on my Mac, and only two of them show up in the pop-up menu. |
