It might be worth considering adding the ability to set a bottom margin for the div.container in the page inspector. A lot of designs require this when they attempt to make the content appear to "float" over the browser background. I think I can picture what you mean but if you can send me an example design I'll take a look and see what we can do.

I'll look for one.
