how to show site to "client" before it's uploaded?

I made the site on my iMac and published to a folder. I zipped up that folder and emailed it to my ipad. I unzipped that folder on my ipad but it opens with no images from mail. I have no idea how to get it from the mail on my ipad to safari (so I can open it in there??) I can't seem to move it and I don't know how to move it or save it to another location on my ipad. If I tap the page with an arrow in it in the right hand corner of the email I get: open in: dropbox, messages mail! I don't have safari as a choice. :( The site is for a friend that owns a small business and he'd like to see if before it's uploaded. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Susan |

Hi Susan, You can't open a website like that on an iPad. You will need to publish it online somewhere and then enter the URL in your web browser. Last edit 9 years ago ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
