I haven't checked shapes other than the arrow so this applies specifically to the arrow. 1. Provide the means of rotating the arrow through a full 360° rather than limit it to true vertical and horizontal. Sometimes arrows need to point to something at 30° or 45° or other angles. 2. Provide the means of flattening the arrow shape itself. Currently all angles of the arrowhead are 60° and it would be great to decrease the angle at the tip of the arrow so the other two points lie flatter near the shaft. While movement of the clue dot will lengthen the arrowhead (and concomitantly decrease the angle at the point), the size of the arrow increases beyond all needs. |

I replied to your first issue in your other thread. See the metrics inspector to rotate any arrow to any degree. Can you show me some examples of what you mean in your second point? I'm not sure I fully understand. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

@ Paul: I have a bad habit of jumping in the water without first testing the temperature, and I get burned once in a while. After looking deeper I found what I was looking for; I discovered that by moving the size handles on the long axis, the arrowhead would flatten. I took a couple of screen shots that may show up below showing the shape as it appeared when I selected "arrow," and the shape after alteration. You are very patient and I do appreciate your help. I'm sorry to be a rank newbie and PITA with these questions. -Tod |
