Images look pixelated after publishing.

Hello! Can someone please help? I've tried using gifs and pngs uploading at hi and low res and they look fine in the program, but suuuper pixelated and crummy when I publish. Any suggestions for me? Thanks so much!

It's specifically the small logo on the upper left hand side of the pages. Thanks!!

Did you copy and paste the logo from an existing iWeb site or from a browser?

If so, can you try importing the original image instead?

Thanks for taking a look, Paul. No, I imported the original image. I tried gif, png, making the original image smaller in photoshop and re-saving before importing and it still gets fuzzy after publishing.

EW does a bad job preserving the quality after resizing. There are some topics about this.

Here's a solution to overcome it :

And based on another topic, I recreated an image in SVG :

Here's how to do it in EW :

While I am all in favor of ignoring those shiftless, lazy people who don't update their browser, I think it's kind of risky to use SVG for an important element like a logo.
SVG is not supported in Internet Explore 8 and older which quite a substantial number of these SLPs are apparently still using.
