Viewing Special Characters

Howdy, Special characters appears at the bottom on the Edit menu of EverWeb but I cannot seem to get it to open. I would like to use it if possible, what am I missing? Dale |

What OS version are you using? It works fine for me on 10.9 after a quick test...
