Is there ever going to be a way to freely organize our widgets? I've got a few favorites that I use a lot.. The ones that you include are the way you loaded them and the 3rd pty seem to be alphabetical... I guess you could adjust the names of them a,b,c or 1,2,3 but that may only work with the 3rd pty widgets... The default EW widgets are always going to come first in the list since they are in the EverWeb package. You can, of course delete the ones you don't use but you would need to do this every time you update the app. Widgets have the name in two places - the actual widget itself and inside the package. If you change the "external" name it will change the widgets place in the order of the list but it will still show the original name in the list. If you take the widget for zooming a text wrapped image - Zoom Wrap - as an example. Add a "1" to the name that appears in ~library/Application Support/EverWeb/Widgets and it will go to the top of the list in EverWeb just below the default ones. I have over 120 widgets and I need to keep them installed because I have actually used every one of them on a demo page. The only ones I can delete are the default ones that I haven't used. In the main, I only use three widgets regularly - Photo, Photo Link and HTML Headings - for obvious reasons since these are essential for every page of a site. Instead of having them at the top, below the default widgets, I add a Z to the name so that they are at the bottom. As you know, scrolling the widgets column is fast - too fast some say - so I find that this is the most convenient place to keep the ones I use most. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
