Running 1.4 final release candidate. I dragged an image into EverWeb named "Header Image.png". This image was initially saved without transparency and so I went back into Fireworks, selected the proper background transparency, re-exported the image under the same name and proceeded to drag the image back into EverWeb again. When I did this, EverWeb used the old initial import of "Header Image.png". I tried this a few times and each time with the same result. I then renamed it to "header_image.png" and dropped it in again and this time the image did indeed change. It appears that it is caching the image in some way on import and not watching for actual file changes vs name change. ------------------------------- Custom application and web developer. Hi George, If you delete the older image from EverWeb everything will work. EverWeb quickly checks if two images are the same by checking the file name, file size and random pixels. In your unique case, everything was so similar that it did not detect a change. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
