Hi This is driving me crazy as I use shortcuts a lot. every second time I intend to use shortcut "Alt+Cmd+I " it works and every second it doesn't! When I doesn't work I ve noticed that there is acton in the "format" menu as if Im pressing only md+I for italic font. Problem is Im not .. Im still pressing Alt+Cmd+I I tried writing to the support but they sort of denied this problem or didn't understand my question . What is this?? Im using Mavericks 10.9.2 and Everweb 1.3.1 |

Hi Ann, I am not able to replicate this issue. Can you download the latest beta version of EverWeb and see if you are still experiencing this issue. |

Maybe there's a problem with your keyboard... Do you see the menu blink every time you do it? S ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |

The option under the Format menu to italicize text is command-I so it is likely you don't have the option key held down enough and it is reading it as just command-I
