I am trying to create the same sort of thing found on the Portfolio page using the "Photographer" template for the images. When you click on one in the published mode it brings up an area where you can view it as a slideshow or click through them individually. I would like that effect on my site and cannot figure out how to do it. I have tried the "Image Slider" widget but that always seems to give me a white background and I do not want that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! |

The Image Slider widget has a control for adjusting the background color so you can make it any color you want. The Image Gallery widget inherits the page background color so. Iif you want a contrasting background you can set the gallery on a background shape which is sent to the back using the Arrange menu.
