I've noticed that the font justification for the Nav bar widget in this case "center", doesn't work... When I select center it does nothing... Selecting right doesn't seem work properly either... Any tips? Thx Steve ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |

Update... I tried the justify on another one of my pages and it worked... Then I tried to redo the Nav bar on the original/problem page.. Still doesn't work! Nothing worse then a "sometimes" problem. : / S ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |

I take it you mean text alignment - not justification. The navigation alignment control is for aligning all the list items horizontally inside the navigation div. If you stretch the navigation div the width of the page and select the different values for alignment you will see how it works. All the primary blocks and their associated drop downs will move together. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Roddy Correct, alignment... Stretching or making the text box any size or shape doesn't help. S ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |

These "text boxes" are actually list items. The alignment control moves all of them together - not the text in the individual boxes. In other words, the whole navigation is aligned left, center or right - not the individual parts.

Right... That's what I expect to happen, but it doesn't. If I create a nav bar with the widget on one of my other sites, it works as expected... I don't really want to start this page all over! I guess my best option now is to make a normal text box as a nav bar... The old fashion way. S ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |

When I choose center, it doesn't center. If I look at the source code it still shows left. S Quote: Roddy - 14/04/2014 15:00:43 If that's not the problem - what is?

Why don't you just delete it and copy and paste in the one from the page that is working?

Can you post a screenshot of what you see? Also, did you use the Format->Text->Align (in the menu bar at the top of your screen) OR Did yo use the Alignment option under Widget Settings in the Inspector? If you want to align the entire navigation bar, use the Alignment option in the Inspector under Widget Settings. If you want to align the text WITHIN each navigation button you need first set a minimum width that is large enough to fit the text plus a buffer to actually align the text. This setting is in Widget Settings in the Inspector. Then go to the Format->Text->Align options to align the text within the nag button. Let m know if this clears things up. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Ok, here ya go... The fist shot is of it set to left then center. As you can see there is no change in the format. Then I sent a screen shot of the source code, showing that it still shows left align.
