Help - I deleted my FTP root directory folders and files!

Over many years of using iWeb and more recently Everweb. I saw that my site was not performing well with it's SEO and changed all the page titles and descriptions etc Before I uploaded everything I noticed that my websites ftp folders had gotten extremely messy and cluttered with old versions of the site (5 in total), I stupidly deleted everything using cyberduck and when I re-published everything. I get 404 errors. WARNING to others DO NOT DO THIS! http://www.younghighanddead.com/ I tried to re-build everything (see pics) using a combination of Cyberduck and Everweb but to no joy. To complicate matters I recently purchased another domain and added it as an addon domain, but the same issues happen with this site http://www.highridgemassacre.com/ I know I have deleted some important files and folders and probably screwed up my rage account but I would be extremely grateful if anyone has a solution to getting this fixed? I have emailed the Rage tech team too but due to the timezone difference I worry this issue will go on for days. To re-cap I have tried publishing the entire site using Everwebs built in functions, 'To Folder' 'FTP' and Direct. I have tried publishing to a folder and using SEO Tools, as well as Cyberduck. There's nothing you can do but submit a trouble ticket and get the server admin to reconfigure the file structure.
