Viewing Mobile site NOT FOUND

Mobile site NOT FOUND

User: Kathryn J. 12 years ago
Has anyone else had problems with the mobile version of their site being 'not found' - the redirect sends to /mobile/mobile/mobile ??

It doesn't work on either my Sony Xperia phone, or my partners HTC phone or Samsung tablet?

Would be great if someone could help us out.

Thanks

Looking at the home page tells me that the page redirects to a mobile page which redirects to a mobile page, etc.

One redirect is enough. Do not redirect a mobile page.

You added custom code to your site to forward all your pages to a mobile site. You need to remove that and it will work.

Thanks for that - where would I find the custom code? so I can remove it I am not aware of adding one?

Have a look at the site publishing settings page in the Head Code box. Do you see a javascript?
Is there a javascript in the Head Code box in the Page inspector for each page?

I wonder what it means : "optimized for mobile devices".

A rough calculation shows the pictures are about 10MB total. It's hardship to my monthly dataplan.

Well EverWeb can only optimize the page so much. If the user decides to put lots of images on their Mobile site, that is up to them.

I am having the same problem site won't show up on Mobile Phone, http://atbdance.com. Need the entire site to be viewable on a mobile phone. Tried the Mobile page thing and did not work either. Truthfully this is a deal breaker. Please need a solution ASAP

Your conventional website does show up on mobile devices. It's just not suitable for viewing on smart phones which is why EverWeb gives you the option to create a mobile version in the same project file.

Have you watched the Video Tutorial on how to create the mobile site?
