Webcrusher with 1 click publishing

User: Rob W. 10 years ago
Recently purchased 1 click publishing hosting and a couple other bits of software including webcrusher, i've looked up how to use webcrusher but i can't find the information i need to publish through webcrusher anywhere. it says i need ftp, username, password, directory path?

One other quick question i submitted a ticket listing a few issues i'm having but still heard nothing back and this was hours ago? how long does it take for a reply or where is the best place to get support quickly other than posting here in the forum?
We're looking to get the site up n running asap which can be difficult when there is no contact number or live chat tech support, i understand the company might not be big enough to support that, just can be a little annoying not knowing how long you'll have to wait for a response. I'm used to having live chat tech support for my own website hosted with another hosting company.

My experience with Everweb has been great so far though, used to use iWeb.

WebCrusher isn't really needed with EverWeb because the code is optimized. It can help, but it won't be as good as when used with iWeb. Currently you cannot use WebCrusher with the one-click publishing though. We are working on an update though.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Although we are usually faster, you should allow up to 24 hours for a response. Posting to the forums lets other users answer your questions as well.

Oh right, how can i make the website load faster because it still feels slow? like each shape loads etc.

also it seems to take forever for it to publish, the publish site changes doesn't seem to work either, looking at the progress bar it's publishing everything again and took around an hour and a half just now to finally publish it, i don't know if it's related but the storage isn't shown at the bottom either, just says used 0 b free space 0 b
