PDFs and links in text boxes became part of image? No longer work? So, you are turning text boxes into images so they load better? But links - within text and as PDFs - in those boxes do not work... ? Okay, I guess I get to undo and have links to PDFs outside text boxes... Lena Last edit 10 years ago |

Got rid of all links in offending text boxes. Created PDF button for those Lryic Sheet links. Links for songwriters are located on other pages in the site, so no one should get too bent about it... Published (publishing changes takes too long, by the way). Was about to say all is good, but had to edit. see reply to see recurring problem. Lena Last edit 10 years ago |

I thought we were good for anouncing new site, but no. Why does this stupid link keep coming back - and in a color I have never used - linking back to same page it is on? In case you wonder it is the dark purple, first word in the box. I have deleted it, checked it with inspector, taken another word from text and pasted it in and typed over it... This link keeps coming back... It went away after 2 earlier publishes, but it raised ugly head again... this is the 3rd time. Lena. Trying again... |

YEAH! Figured it out!! I nudged the ofending text box, and noticed a link/checkmark symbol lurking under another link/checkmark symbol. I had accidently, at some time,made the textbox a link back to the same page. I hope this helps someone else someday. Now, to publish yet again... Lena |
