I would like to add a pass protected video to my site.

I've been successful in adding a test non protected You Tube video to my site.
But because of a non disclosure agreement, I need to pass protect my video on You Tube.
When I added this pass protected You Tube video to my site, I'm not able to open it.
Is there a solution?

Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill,

Can you elaborate a bit more on what happened after you password protected your youtube video. Did you use EverWeb's password protection or did you password protect your video in a different way?

What happens when you try and watch your youtube video?

Thanks for answering Paul,

I used EverWeb's password protection on my site, then added a You Tube video for testing purposes, then published.
All went well, and I could view the test video on my site.

Then I uploaded my (non discloser) video to You Tube and pass protected the video within You Tube.
I added that URL to my site and then published.
When tried to view this video, it read 'this video is pass protected'.
Unfortunately, there wasn't a window to type in my password.

The chances of anyone finding the video on You Tube in the next few weeks, are next to none... but because of the NDA, the video must be protected.
I was hoping there might be a solution.

Cheers,
Bill

Do you mean you made the video private on youtube? If so, make it unlisted, not private.
