| From searching this on the web I come up with two different approaches- responsive and adaptive. Responsive being fluid in that it changes the layout to fit the screen size, and adaptive recognizing the type of device and implementing the correct layout by means of scripting. It seems that adaptive is just like EW's use of a separate mobile site but adding more variations. EW could add more templates and whatever is needed to recognize the device…. the user could set up as many templates as they thought they needed with the different layouts that they wanted to use. Am I correct in my interpretation? | |
