Hello, How do I include a 404 page / custom 404 page to my site on everweb? I'm using SE intelligence, and it tells me that my site does not have a custom 404 page, and it is not good. Also, SE intelligence says "Set your preferred domain to either the www version or the non-www version", how do I do that on everweb?
