| Created a dev.folder on server to make sure EW site working before removing old site. Contact form worked just fine while in dev.mydomain.com folder. Once I move over new files into html folder contact form stopped working. I have deleted files and re uploaded several times. I fill out form and it confirms it has been sent to my gmail address but no email. Everything is setup correctly,my email address enter on contact form. Still no luck. I am using Cyberduck. Any suggestions? | |

I would have to see your actual website URL to know what the issue. Most likely because of the way you have set up your subdomains, that is what is causing the issue. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

| Form is working now. I uploaded files with cyberduck. Cyberduck auto creates and names a folder placing uploaded files into that folder. Once uploaded I copied files into html folder. Also tested moving files from folder into html. Form is working correctly in all browsers. Is it possible resizing contact form could have caused it not to work? | |

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem with my contract form. Have just completed my website and have use Cyberduck to upload. I have done exactly what I used to do with iWeb and that is publish to a local folder and upload just the contents of that folder to my host. I tested the e-mail and the first time my e-mail address was not in EW and the form did not work, so I went back and rectified this and re-uploaded and completed the form and when I click on submit, it tells me that the form has been sent successfully, but no e-mail appears. What gives, or the the contact form widget not be used on other hosts? I am uploading to 1 and 1 and the folder that I upload to is my domain name. |
