How do I get the Contact Form to work with GoDaddy Hosting?

I am sure this is basic but it's not working. I made sure my email was the same in the form as to what is set in the Form Mail setting with GoDaddy. I am sure its something simple but can't get it. If any one can take a look its at www.deans.ws/contact.html please let me know what I need to upload or send so you can see. Thanks!! Dean |

Did you enter anything in the site name field? If so don't enter anything in there for and republish.

Paul, I am sorry but where are you referring to? On GoDaddy or within the Contact Form Widget? I am not seeing anything like that on the Widget. Last edit 10 years ago |

It's interesting that this got dropped somehow. I'm having the same problem. No matter what I do I can't seem to get either Contact Form to go to my email address. I've tried sending them to my regular Yahoo address, my gmail address and my forwarding email addresses for my GoDady Account. Yes, I understand that hosting on your server would make things much easier but I don't have that option. Thanks for any help you can give. |

Although I don't use this form, I just tried it and it works just fine when publish to Host Excellence. It's not an EverWeb problem so you should contact your hosting service for help. I think you will find that the problem is with your web mail address. Set up a mail box in your hosting account for something like: info@mywebsite.com. Hi Don, Sorry for the problems you are experiencing. Any issue from this thread would be very different than what you are experiencing because the Contact Form has changed a lot in 3 years. However, this knowledgeable article goes over the reasons why you may not receive your emails through the contact form and how to fix them.
