Inserting Picture freezes Program

Sometimes, not all of the time, when I am trying to insert a picture into my website that is a "raw" photo, EverWeb corrects tells me it is too large and asks if I want to allow the program to import at the correct size. This is where the program freezes on me and won't always import the picture. I have to close the program using the "option, command, esc" route. I'm sorry I can't give you all the program details as I don't know enough about coding to be able to do so but EverWeb has sent a report on this problem directly when the program sometimes crashes. I hope you can figure out what I am saying and can work on correcting the problem. |

I don't see any crash reports from you. Are you sure you sent the report to us? Did the software close after you saw this message or did you have an option to Continue using it?

I know the report window opened and said it would be sent to EverWeb. Could not continue to use it. It asked me if I wanted to re-open the software. Could it be under my username? I don't want to post it here but I will send it to you. |
