Instant Alpha and Spell Check

Really missing Instant Alpha and Spell Check. Having to use external programs is slowing me down.

Thanks Paul. I thought I had looked for it there but must have missed it. Thank you!

Images should be prepped as much as possible outside of the web design app.

Preview.app has just about everything you need - including instant alpha.

I agree on the "instant alpha" option. While we can prep all we want in Fireworks and Photoshop, it sure would be nice to have this functionality handy. I find myself, funny enough, using Pages to do quick transparencies and then bringing them into Fireworks and Photoshop. :) So yes, this would be a real win and something we users would like to see eventually.

Think it would cut down on the spell check questions if "on, check while typing" was set as default by EW...

Agreed, we should have it on by default.
