Not sure if this is a bug or not... I've noticed when I make small adjustments, like moving a text box by a pixel/click EW doesn't recognize it as a change, so the icon doesn't change to red hence it doesn't update when I update/reload... In some cases you need to select another object, or click on the design canvas outside of a text box that you have made changes to, for the application to register the change.
