Hi i have just opened a Ticket and they are being automatically closed ! , I changed my password in the C Panel and now everweb is asking for a password to FTP so I entered the C panel one but its not working !! I want to log a ticket but I'm not even getting an email back to say its been logged ! Your tickets aren't being automatically closed, they are still opened. We will get back to you shortly and fix your issue.
