Can't add new email address using EverWeb

Hello all, whenever I try to create a new email address from within EverWeb, I get the following error (see screenshot). However, I can create new email addresses using the homepage (billing.ragesw.com). So is that a bug, or why is it not working? I already contacted the support and got told that it works using the homepage. That's brilliant. But EverWeb provides the feature to easily add the email addresses to mail. And please don't advise me how to add them to mail manually, I know how to do that.
