First of all the EverWeb program (formally called EasyWeb) is wonderful and makes me forget iWeb quickly. My compliments Paul and Jeremy. EverWeb for Mac is a great piece of software! My modest suggestions for a more greater success of EverWeb worldwide: 1. Reduce the price for the version without web hosting. Many in the Netherlands prefer to remain with their existing web hosting provider. Migrating their domain name (.nl) is for many still a bridge too far. For unknown reason is not possible to use .nl on your host. A complete package 15 Gigabyte including domain name per year is much cheaper (± € 29) in Holland. (www.mijnhostingpartner.nl) Works fine with EW without problems. Internet use in the Netherlands is very high. Dutch love to keep money in the pocket and most of all .nl in their url. 2. Direct secure FTP upload as in iWeb. A Hitcounter widget. 3 lines captions to the photo gallery. Several languages, including Dutch. Make EverWeb Final also available through the Apple App Store, where many already have an account. One need not again to send over the Internet his credit card number! Thanks again and I was privileged to have contributed to a really cool application! Jeffrey Lew from Utrecht in the Netherlands. Last edit 12 years ago |

As you can note, I quote every suggestion from Jeffrey even if I am not from the Netherlands. In particular the direct FTP upload would be quite handy. Hello, Some interesting points. I agree about keeping money in ones' pocket but for the stand alone product I paid £50 . £50 !!!!! It was a long time ago that I paid as little as that for a piece of software (especially one with this level of support) . |

I have to agree with Simon, although phone support would be my preference, the level of quality and speed that I've gotten from Support is unbelievable. I'd say the price point is good for me. |
