Usually in Mac software, there are three round dots at the upper left side of the screen to close, minimize or enlarge a window. I don't see those buttons in EverWeb. Just purchased the software and I was wondering why I can't publish directly to my host and must use a third-party software to save to a folder and then upload? By the way, I'm loving the software but have to figure out where I can get the IWeb templates in their folder. I checked with my third-party template supplier and they said I can do that but didn't tell me how. |

If you don't see them go to the Window menu and select Zoom. EverWeb doesn't have built in FTP publishing yet. You'll need to publish to a folder or purchase the EverWeb + One Click Publishing to publish directly online. You cannot use iWeb templates with EverWeb. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Yes, the buttons are there! Thanks for the instructions. Hopefully, in the future, that's something you will consider adding. I publish to a private host and life would be so much easier if I didn't have to publish to a folder and then upload. Hmmmm, not happy about the IWeb templates. That is what was holding me back from purchasing and now that I thought I could use them, I went ahead and made the purchase. Still glad I ramped up to EverWeb but would have loved to use the templates I purchased and will never be able to use again. The holidays ones were very nice and that's probably the ones I will miss most. |

I mentioned in your other post you couldn't use them; http://billing.ragesw.com/forum.php?act=thread&tid=1479 Last edit 12 years ago ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
