Viewing Sliders not working!

After spending over 2 hours trying to load bannerzest in EW this is what I got in Safari....... (see attachment) Slider does not appear at all inChrome or Firefox! I have been using this slider in iWeb for years without difficulty. However, it did start to work a couple of times. I would like to try Wow Slider but cannot figure how to get it in EW. I would love to have some help in this matter. How do we put wow slider in EW. Thanks |

Both BannerZest and Wow are kind of "Slideshows for Dummies" and do a lot of complicated stuff in the background to make life simple for the user. They have scripts which are interdependent so all the assets need to be contained in one folder. This means that the assets folder have to be either uploaded to the server or dragged into EasyWeb assets - neither of which you can do if you are using EasyWeb and the EasyWeb server. If you are uploading to another server via FTP - or have access to one - then it becomes possible. BTW, I have tested BZ in iWEB, Adobe Muse and Hype and it worked the way it should right away......... if it makes any dif. Dave |

It works fine in EasyWeb. You just need to paste the code in the correct places.

To Roddy, Re Bannerzest, I have upgraded BZ to 3.1.4 and all seems to be working fine in every browser at first try......... I thank you for all your support! Ignore all past post regarding this matter! To anyone asking about Bannerzest not working correctly it may be a good idea to upgrade to Pro 3.1.4 |
