Rectangle shape picks up unwanted vert line

For some reason when I insert a dark navy blue rounded rectangular shape onto the lighter blue background of the page, the right side of the rectangle always seems to pick up an unwanted thin white vertical line. I first go to the menu, grab a rounded rectangular shape and then the default shape with yellow fill appears on the page. I then fill it with the dark blue and drag it behind a text block. I don't see anything out of the ordinary on the Inspector / Shape settings (See below). Incidentally, I'm glad that a previous problem-the dark blue color disappearing in the lighter blue-has been solved! By the way, if I were to use any shadows (or reflections) from the Shape settings, am I likely to run into browser problems, particularly Explorer? If so, I think I'll avoid them altogether. |

I have this problem too. My lines are actually rectangles at height 2, giving me the ability to use gradient. Their ends also have a thin white artifact. Not much of a big deal though in my case.

| No, not a big deal and if it keeps up I'll just go with it. (I tried deleting then making a bunch of the rectangles. I suspect it's got something to do with the blue on blue since it's not occuring elsewhere. | |

| You're right, not a big deal. If it keeps up I'll just go with it. (I tried deleting, then making a bunch of the rectangles filled with blue but the little gremlins always cropped up!) I suspect it's got something to do with the blue on blue colors since it's not occuring elsewhere. | |

I'll need you to send me your website project file then so I can take a look. Send it to https://billing.ragesw.com/submitticket.php In the Projects window in EasyWeb, right click on your website and select the 'Show On Disk' option. Please compress the project file before sending it to me by right clicking on it and selecting Compress. If the file is too big, you can upload it at http://ge.tt and send the link to me. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
