Make your text box wider and give the text some room to breath!

Hi Noope, docent work as a solution. I tried that as my first solution and have tried it again now. Tekst is thrown around anyway. Also firefox shows in wrong if i make box bigger. Se pictures I can make this text as a picture, ore make several text boxes, but i think the program should be able to handle this problem. What do you think? |

I bet it's the tabs and spaces again. For some reason, EW still has a problem with tabs in text boxes.

Quote: For some reason, EW still has a problem with tabs in text boxes. It's not so much that EasyWeb has a problem as the fact that the browser has problems reading stuff that shouldn't be in an HTML doc in the first place. In web design we use <ul> and <ol> instead of tabs. Hopefully some day, EasyWeb will allow us to create default styles for lists via the button in the Metrics inspector. The example shown in this topic is something that came up a lot in the iWeb forum simply because people are trying to use text boxes for something they aren't designed to do. This is how you should be doing it... http://www.ezmacwebdesign.com/Demo/table-styles.html If you can't get your head around this you need to stick with using multiple text boxes and line them up in a suitably artistic fashion. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! | I have not published this page yet only used the easyweb preview button. I read Roddy comments and understand that this limitation is hard to go around and i have to make more boxes.. and avoid this type of web production. Its ok to now the limitations, maybe they should be included in the tutorials. I think many new easy web users like me would do this often in the start. | |

Tabs are improved in the next release of EasyWeb.
